Fair Start

The first player starting from Start has better chances of buying streets than the last player, especially with large groups. To solve this, Wayne Schmittberger suggests to have the first player start at the Start square, the second from Jail, the 3rd from Free Parking, and the forth from Go To jail (withou going there).
